Our Due Diligence Requirements which is (applicable for both new and renewal partnerships) is as follows:

  • Confirmation that the NGO is either a Section 8 company, a registered public trust, or a registered society.
  • Verification that the charitable institution is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • Ensure the charitable institution has an established track record of at least three years in undertaking the proposed activities.
  • Confirm that the charitable institution has a CSR registration number under the Companies Act, 2013 ("CSR 1 registration").
  • Obtain the PAN and TAN of the charitable institution.
  • Acquire the bye-laws and certificate of incorporation/registration of the charitable institution.
  • Collect donation receipts (NGO utilization reports).
